Together with your team, you’ll install electrical systems, get modern technology up and running, and ensure that our containers are ready for use around the world. Along the way, you’ll learn everything you need for your career, step by step.

Your apprenticeship at ELA

During your apprenticeship, you’ll learn about the various areas of energy and building technology step by step and work as part of a team on our container solutions right from the start.

During your apprenticeship with us, you’ll learn:

• To install and commission electrical systems
• To assemble control panels and electrical components
• To run wiring and make connections
• To identify and troubleshoot faults in electrical systems
• To read technical drawings and circuit diagrams
• To gain familiarity with modern building and energy technology
• To work with your team to prepare our containers for technical operation

• Good grades in math and physics
• Craftsmanship and a good technical understanding

How You can apply

Information on the application process

• If you apply for an apprenticeship or dual study programme with us, you will receive feedback from us by email in the month of your application, at the latest within four weeks. This will inform you whether we will invite you to an initial personal meeting.
• This meeting usually takes the form of a one-to-one interview at our head office in Haren (Ems). You will also receive more detailed information about training at ELA.
